Pretty Little Liars Series: Stephanie Meyer

These books started a reading revolution for me. The plot is incredible, twisting and turning constantly, and just when you thought the charachters had it all figured out, something unexpected happens. Every plot twist doesn't just come out of the blue, either. There is always a logical explaination for intence events. Unless you are into neverending plots, though, I would not recommend reading the entire series at once, because the unanticipated occurences get old at some point. I myself have read the entire series, but it was over a very long period of time, alternating between the series and other books. But despite all of this, the books are fantasic. Contrary to some peoples' beleifs, the books are not sissy or girly. For example, running from a serial killer whilst spewing blood from your HEAD is not sissy at all. In conclusion, I would recommend these books to anyone over the age of 11 who loves suspence. But be warned, some of the content is distubing and the plot includes profanity.
